I have chronic fatigue, long covid, and dysautonomia. I know I'm not alone in this, and you're not either.

My story: Last April I suffered from a life-altering mysterious episode that left me bedridden and helpless for months. It was later diagnosed as chronic fatigue and dysautonomia, most likely made worse from having long COVID, (or perhaps I was just extra susceptible because of having long COVID). The episode itself was brought on by burnout and extreme emotional stress after some difficult life events...

These illnesses are all connected, and it wasn't an accident I found myself with all of them at once. My body was telling me I needed to stop what I was doing and make radical changes.

I spent almost three months in bed with massive fatigue, dizziness, all kinds of horribly debilitating symptoms, and incredible depression that left me feeling heartbroken over the life I'd lost.


Now, almost a year later I've reversed most of my symptoms and am feeling more vital and more alive than I have in my entire adult life. How did I go from feeling almost dead to feeling vital, inspired, grounded, and most importantly, alive again?

The answer is extensive research, lots of trial and error, many doctor visits, and lots of spiritual studies having to to with mindfulness, self acceptance, and mind shifts. In addition I made complete shifts in my daily habits, relationships with work, family and friends. And perhaps the most crucial, changed my relationship with my self and the life I truly wanted to be living.

Why the word "studio?"

"Studio" (as defined by me) is a dedicated space - physical or digital - for nurturing intentional practice, reflection and quite presence, and the gentle on-going growth of returning to oneself.

A studio is not merely a place of doing, but of being; a threshold where women gather to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise of everyday life. Here, healing is not rushed and rest is not passive — it is the very ground from which everything grows.

All while receiving compassionate support for long COVID, chronic fatigue, and other chronic illness.
